I have a new ipod nano. I played with it before connecting it to the PC. It worked fine. After connecting to itunes, the screen has a white box and is unresponsive. I have tried reinstalling itunes, restoring to factory settings etc. no luck. help

New ipod nano. Played with it 'out of the box' - no problem.
Then attached to pc and itunes -crash! Screen has white 'box' and won't respond properly.
