Q: i can only answer my phone using the speaker device, otherwise I can not hear anyone on the other end.  what have I done to my phone?

I CAN ONLY ANSWER MY PHONE WITH THE SPEAKER FUNCTION.  I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET BACK TO ANSWERING THE PHONE WITHOUT THE SPEAKER. CAN ANYONE HELP?
