So my I can't sign into my Imessage because it uses a different email and I don't know the password to that. I tried signing out of the store and signing on with my email, it works. But once I go back to iMessage, the email doesn't change, what should I do?

    Are these two email address associated with the same apple ID? Or are they registered as two sepperate apple ID accounts?

    The email address you see for iMessage is the primary email address associated with the Apple ID you are using for iMessage.  You have to change the Apple ID by going to Settings>Messages>Receive At, tap the Apple ID at the top, sign out, then sign back in with the Apple ID you want to use (the one which the email address you want to use is associated with).
