I have A LOT of duplicates in my iTunes I think it's up to 1200 they should really make a fast way to clear duplicates. So I did the display duplicates and am doing the tedious task of going through my library deleting them all individually and i notice the further i go the slower my computer gets. So I open up the task manager. iTunes.exe has jumped from 49K memory to over 900,000K   <--- I can't stress enough that this is not an exaggeration. Someone should probably look into that

What exactly would you like your fellow users in this user to user technical support forum to do?

Apple does not monitor these forums.

The only thing I can suggest is close and relaunch iTunes, then stop creating duplicates of your content in iTunes.
