Q: Picasa can't find/read AlbumData.xml.

Has this been deleted or changed in Lion?

One of the problems with Picasa accessing the iPhoto Library is that it uses an unsupported hack to do so. As the Library changes the hack can break, and you'll need to wait for Picasa to catch up.
