EQ Setting for Hi-Fi

Anyone know of a good EQ setting to set in iTunes for my Hi-Fi? I have my Hi-Fi plugged into an airport express.

Some will say "Treble Booster" but I always prefer no eq or "flat."

BTW, do you have an iPod? I'm curious if you have an opinion about the Airport Express vis-a-vis an iPod direct connection. How bad is Airport Express by comparison?

I noticed the Audioengine 5s are reputed to be designed to work with Airport Express in order to avoid the "designed for iPod" dock licensing fee. They cost the same as the iPod Hi-Fi.

Hello Jeremy
How to set a good EQ setting in audiophile = a professional + a subjective issue. Sometime we hire a professional to set the EQ for our equalizer amp for our listening room.
Luckily, Apple has already setup few choices for the user to select. I choose "Treble Booster" as it fit my listening room which is covered by floor carpet and with some sound absorber. I agree at the normal envoirnment, the EQ should be set at flat.
Last but not least, there is no a such golden EQ setting, you should set a setting which fit your preference, the most important is to enjoy the music listening
