iTunes loss dollars......

I thought this would be a once off, but apparently it is a monthy withdrawal from my account.

Why is iTunes taking money from my account even when i have NOT purchased anything......is it something that im doing?

All i see is a transaction that shows

"Itunes Music Store, Australia AUS $2.19"

can someone help me and tell me why they are stealing my money?

I wonder if Samsung users have this problem......
