How to change HDD access permissions on os x 10.7 Terminal

i got 4hard drives and changed all hdd's permissions to admin(me) read and write the rest just read cant log in getting grey screen with apple logo and spinning wheel.

On start cmd+R loged in to hdd utility tryed to repair hdd permission non same how to change permission with Terminal?
