How Do I Import Garageband Song Folders On PC Into iTunes?

I have my iPad Garageband songs backed up on my PC, but can't find anyway to get them back into iTunes. When I click "ADD" in the iTunes Garageband file sharing document screen, it only lets me import files. All the songs are stored in song folders, just as displayed in iTunes. When "Save To" is clicked, it saves the song folder to the PC. I don't understand why I can't "Add" a folder as well. I tried dragging the folder from my Windows location into iTunes, but doesn't work either.

hi,

what you can do is add that folder to garageband directory using ifunbox. here is the step:

- Open your ifunbox then go to "user Applications" on your left panel, then select garageband folder. You will see a folder as below:-

"Documents"

"Library"

"MobileGarageBand.app"

"tmp"

"itunesartwork"

"itunesmetada.plist"

copy the folder you like to put into your ipad by copy it into "Documents" folder. and then quit the ifunbox and restart your itunes again and sync your ipad again and check if you can see the folder on your file sharing under apps tab. Wish you good luck.
