Import music from iphone to itunes on new computer

If you still have your old computer then you need to do home sharing. If not then all you can do is transfer your purchases from your iPhone onto the computer and reimport all the music from your CDs. You will then have to reset your phone using that computer and sync with the computer.

The iPhone like all iDevices has never been intended as a backup of your media.

Use the backup of the old computer or the old computer to move all your media to the new computer. There is no reason to involve the iDevice until the content has been moved.
