I bought games for my iPod video a few years ago on a Windows computer. I have since upgraded and am now using Mountain Lion OSX. My games are on my iPod and I don't use my old Windows computer anymore. I connected my iPod and selected transfer purchases, but my games don't show up. What do I do?

Where are you looking for these games at in your iTunes library? They should appear in the Apps category of your library. I assume your new Mac's iTunes library has been authorized to play your iTunes content? (i.e. you selected Store -> Authorize this Computer and entered in the same credentials used to purchase the clickwheel games).

I looked in apps already and it's not there. Also, when I connect my iPod to my Mac, it doesn't even show that there are games on the iPod, even though clearly there are. I just want to get them from my iPod to my computer so that when I sync it I don't lose the games and not have a way to get them back.
And these are games that you downloaded from the iTunes Store correct? And not the default games that came preloaded with the iPod's software?
You may need to manually extract them from the iPod and re-import them into your new iTunes library.
