The password for backup is selected on iTunes and i try everything for to deselect but always ask for a pass. i try all my passwords and nothing. if someone can help me

If it is asking for a password it is because you set a password. If you cannot supply that password, the backup wil not be available.
If you can not supply the password then you will have to restore
