Any suggestions on an iPad app that allows me to work in Excel and change formulas?

Numbers, Documents to Go, QuickOffice. Also, look at the More Like This box to the right.
Go to the app store and type spreadsheet. There are a bunch.
Numbers, doc to go, quick office, goodreader. Read the reviews and pick the one that fits your needs best.
The pad is a neat machine. I use mine daily. But the form factor is just not good for spreadsheets. Touch is not as precise as a mouse.......

I would have to agree. I find 24" monitor is just about bearable....
