There are many tools on the market, you can choose some professional tool to backup your iPhone photos, like MobiKin Assistant for iOS. It is a popular tool, and you can also transfer contacts, text messages, voive memos, tv shows, podcasts, audiobooks, ringtones, notes, safari, etc. Hope this helps!

Jan 5, 2015 7:14 PM in response to amershirazby MichelPM,If your PC is connected to a Wifi network, do search in the iOS App Store on your iPad for an app called.
Photo Transfer App
I have and use this app a lot and it works both on Macs and PCs to wirelessly transfer lots of images over WiFi network to send and receive images back and forth from your iDevice and your computer.

Jun 3, 2015 2:31 AM in response to amershirazby Hunterhanne,Sorry, I misread your question.iTunes does not allow you to copy most types of data (including photos) from the iPad to your computer.
To import camera roll photos to your PC, you need a program that will recognize the iPad as a camera. Most photo programs will do that. If you're using a PC and don't want to put the photos into a program, you can copy the images using the Image Capture program. If you're using iCloud, images from PhotoStream will automatically appear in iPhoto (and Aperture).
There are also other programs that allow you to view the content of the data on your phone, but you probably don't have to go to such extremes.

Jul 6, 2015 8:25 PM in response to amershirazby BowieKinsey,Well, I do that by enabling iCloud Photo Library because it is easy to handle. Go to settings > iCloud > Photo's > iCloud photo library. If so, you can safe some space by using optimize iPhone storage in that same settings panel. And you can import the pictures by logging in your iCloud account to transfer pictures from iPad to PC. But remember, there is only 5 GB free offered by iCloud, so you have to backup photos to computer constantly.

You are right. iCloud is good for every iOS user. I love it so much.

Aug 28, 2015 3:02 AM in response to Mowshonby ananbrook,There is no doubt that iCloud and iTunes can work for transferring pictures from iPad to PC, especially when you have taken more attractive photos like taken by HDR on your iPhone. iCloud can keep your pictures well if you have backed up and you can manage the photos on www.icloud.com ,but it can only supports 5G storage and three backup files so you can use iTunes to transfer pictures from iPad to Mac/PC.
Firstly, connect your old iPhone to computer.
Secondly,open iTunes on PC.
Thirdly, select iPhone icon and "Photos" under "Summary"tab.
Fourthly, click "Sync" and "Apply" to finish this transferring.

Sep 24, 2015 9:49 AM in response to ananbrookby achernyakevich,For myself I have found very simple way to send my photos/links/text from iPhone/iPad to any PC that I can see - http://drop2pc.com/ service.
Just open it on target PC, scand QR code (by any of free QR reader apps) and you can upload what you need.
Simple and easy!
