Dymo LabelWriter 330 Turbo and 10.8
Hi everyone, just found that my 330 Turbo was removed from my printer list when I upgraded to ML.
Can't reinstall it either.
Anyone got a hint or workaround???

There's no help there.
This worked for a friend who could not install the version 7 software from the Dymo site ...
What was the problem your friend was having?
Doesn't look promising that 10.8 will work. I have the same issue and found this:
Update Regarding LabelWriter 3xx Series Printers on Mac OS 10.7
DYMO LabelWriter 3xx series printers are not supported on Mac OS X 10.7. We dropped support for technical reasons – starting with 10.7 the Tioga driver system that DYMO drivers have always used is no longer supported by Apple. So we switched to CUPS drivers, and these do not work with the older 300 series hardware.
Please contact DYMO customer service for assistance – 1-877-724-8324. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It states that it is for Turbo 330 models 90884, 93033 & 93038 ONLY.
Thanks David - I tried the installer again and it's working with the 330T.
🙂
Well that is good news indeed. I tried reinstalling via the link David provided and it worked for me. I don't know if there was a difference from the one on Dymo's site and the one on MacUpdate.com but the second time I installed it worked. Good luck and thanks for mentioning it again.
I am running a Mid 2010 iMac with Intel i3 3.06. I've downloaded the software from Dymo site and the other one. Rebooted and still not working. It won't even run the program now. I recognizes that the printer is connected via USB II. This is a stupid problem for sure. I guess I have to buy another brand? Been using this Turbo 450 for over three years. Wife ain't gonna be happy.
DYMO SHIPPED ME A BRAND NEW LW450, FOR FREE WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.
I was fairly angry when I called them. Fired up because I've been loyal to Dymo for as long as I can recall, and have spent a fair chunk of change over the years with Dymo between 3-4 label printers and dozens and dozens of rolls of labels.
This latest move on their part (to End of Life support for 330 printers on Lion and up) was going to be the last straw for me. I was forced to look into a different label printer (i.e. a Seiko or Brother) but was disgusted because it was going to cost me a lot to switch and I have all these labels and extra spools, and such...
When I called them they were so gracious, and apologized, offering me a new printer (albeit a bit slower than my old one) AT NO COST (not even shipping).
So, if you are having concerns about their EOL (end of life) poicies for either software or hardware, I fully suggest you take the time to call Dymo Customer Service*** before switching to a different label printer. In this case, they chose to keep me as a customer by sending me a free printer. How many other companies would do such a thing?
*** Hint: you should call during their regular business hours to increase the likelihood that your call is being answered by their inhouse call center rather than an offsite call center (evenings and weekends for example) as these partner call centers often have far less latitude when it comes to freebies and so on.
The current version of the Dymo software 8.4.1 works fine with my 330 Turbo on 10.8.3
The dymo software does not work with my computer and it doesn't work with addresses and letters software either I have a MacBook Pro 15 retina display that's a week old and a dymo LabelWriter duo that's also a week old, all with the current software and updates and it prints about a third of the label, the the printer pause, when I resume it still doesn't work
