How do you print a spreadsheet in landscape orientation?

Alternat method:


Click the page icon at the lower left of the document window:

That will turn on Print view, and open two new icons,one for Portrait orientation, the other for Landscape orientation, plus the Content scale slider:

Click the icon for the orientation you want. Use the Content Scale slider to adjust the page coverage of the content if necessary.

It depends on which version of Numbers you have.


For Number 3.x:

select the menu item "File > Print" then change the page orientation ( (1) ), then print the page (3) or exit the print setup by clicking "Done" (2):

Or for 2.x:

Click the Page orientation icon at the bottom of the window (shown on the left... like the view from Barry), then select the orientation you prefer (2)
