Q: my track pad pad is not working correctly

I have had serveral issue where my track pad will make eratic movements on its own and have no idea why.  I recently have done several things that may or may not have caused this issue, but I am looking for a solution.  I use the laptop to work out and sweat may have caused this.  I also use several differnt power sources.  Either way the only success i have is to use my bluetooth mouse.  I have taken the back off and used a can of air to ensure i have no dust causing issues and that didn't seem to help.  I also tighten the screw under the track pad, and that hasn't help. Any information would be great.

Thanks,

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion

I have the same problem. But I think it's some kind of frequency problem, because at work we have several apple products used via Bluetooth, but I'm the only one with that problem. My magic trackpad is not sliding smoothly through the screen, it's more like jumping and somtimes to a totally different side I'm moving it to. And- it does 1click and double-click on its own will. That is really hard to work with. I tried different track pads, same result, i tried other bluetooth devices like a magic mouse.- Wired: No problems. I reinstalled the bluetooth drivers. First it looked nice, but that didn't stay like that for long. I also tried to change batteries, restarting device and so on, all that "could be" things. But: problem still unresolved.

Would be really great if s.o. knows what to do. That problem is making me crazy.

    Thanks,
