Can someone tell me where to find the folder that thes 2 Safari files would be located?

Choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu and provide ~/Library/Safari/ as the path.

I tried that and it says "The Folder Can't Be Found.
What Neil posted is absolutely correct. (Censored) Apple hid the files. Most of the time Apple improves things. Not this time. Make sure you type in the tilda.
HOWEVER, I substituted my old plist in that folder and Safari 5.1.7 under OS 10.74 did not show my old Bookmarks. Now what ?
Ooops. I substituted the wrong plist. Cancel the second paragraph above. Safari life is good now.
