I have not none for payement method

I just want to install free application, how to complete the creation of my ID without having any payment method. thanks

Unless you followed the instructions on this page when you created the account : Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method

then you will need to enter your payment details before the account can be used to download any item from the store - you should be able to remove your payment details after entering them.
