Luma Keyer Crashes FCP on Mountain Lion

Hi....

SInce installing M-Lion the Luma Keyer in FCP X is crashing the app every time I instantiate it...

The usual "Luma" window inside the effect is missing and as soon as I move the mouse over the effect (even to delete it) FCP Crashes...

Any ideas of how to resolve this problem ?

Thanks

PS - The Luma Keyer works perfectly inside of Motion !

I went a step futher... STILL no resolution. This is a BUG

I clean installed Mountain Lion, downloaded FCPx AGAIN to make sure the installation was also clean.

Installed nothing else and tried again. The LUMA KEYER's Control for LUMA arent even appearing (The window where one can drag the LUMA Curve) and clicking inside of where they "used" to sit makes FCPx crash immediately. With above crash code.....

Strange Ideed.....
