Sata bluray player not recognised after Mountain Lion

After installing mountain lion today I can no longer access the bluray drive I have installed in the second bay on my mac pro.

Nothing comes up in the system information.

Under Serial ATA all other drives are listed, but the port that the drive would be on has nothing showing as being attached.

Anyone got any ideas?

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion

I think I am having the same issue. Mine does show up in the sata list but says disc burning is unsupported and when I try and hit eject key it just acts if I have a blank disc in the drive and i can hit eject all i want and it does nothing. If I hit OK I get The disc can’t be used because the disc drive is not supported (error code 0x80020025).
