Every time i sync my music on itunes from my computer to to my iphone, it will replace my old song in my iphone. Question...How will I sync music by retaining my old songs in my iphone?

If you leave Sync Music selected under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes this won't be a problem. Switching from manually manage music to syncing or vice-versa will erase all music from your iPhone first.
If Sync Music is not selected, before doing so with your iPhone connected, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone to transfer any music purchased from the iTunes store with your iPhone that is not in your iTunes library.
