Mountain Lion Hangs Randomly

Just Upgraded my early 2011 13" (upgraded to intel 520 ssd) macbook pro to mountain lion and realized it randomly hangs all applications with a spinny beach ball. the mouse sill moves around but nothing i click works and i cannot force quit. affter the spinny beach ball dissapear the system registers everything i did while it hangs ( if i mash a million keys it will register them after the hang). The ball last about 40 seconds and happens after every 2-4 hours of use.I dont think it's the ssd since boot camp has no problems and i had no problems with lion.

heres what i found in the console but have no idea what it means

What is wrong and how do i fix it

PS: it froze again while i was typing this.

Update: Did a PRAM reset and it now seems to have worked (no idea how) . 1hr of continous use and no freezing. hope this helps the people who have the same problem as me.

to reset PRAM

-turn off mac

-hold command, option, p, r then use your pinky to press the pwer button (dont hold power)

- it should start with a white screen, turn off then turn back on

- once you hear the mac chime release the buttons and log in.

Hey, I got the same problem. I have mid 2012 mbp 13" with crucial ssd. Upgraded to ML last month and got this problem start around 2 weeks ago without knowing the reason. As soon as I read this I did the PRAM reset and it works.

Now, I've update the 10.8.1 patch and it seems the problem appear again. I'll try the PRAM again to see if this problem can disappear. But I think this is a bug in ML. Please fix this apple before I sue you hahaha

Here's an update as well as a solution.

Resetting the PRAM did not help and it was beachballing for longer intervals.

eventually i got fed up and did a clean install to 10.8.1. Then i used time machine to restore my stuff. NO LUCK

after another week of frustration I decided to do another clean install however without time machine (manually drag files onto usb for backup). IT WORKED (at least for now). seems like there was a imcompatible file or app from lion and its not a bug in ML.

Wow, you really persistence.. I am so lazy to do clean install hehe. I have try the PRAM reset in 10.8.1 and it seems to worked at least for now.

I don't have any time machine. I think it is maybe opera or chrome that cause this problem. Maybe you use one of them. Today i try to look at console if there's another clientstub error, and found these.

It is Opera, not configd. Also it is not causing the beachballing..
