I can't find siri on my iPhone 4S?
I thought it just wasn't enabled but when I went to enable it, there wasn't even a siri tab in General Settings.
iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

That's because your phone is an iPhone 4. It doesn't have Siri. You can stop looking.
Mine is MD200LL/A. Based on the other numbers I am guessing mine is also an iPhone 4 and not a 4S?
Yes, it's an iPhone 4
FYI: The way we're finding out what model your phone is is by plugging the model number into Google (or your favorite seach engine). It's really easy. 🙂
I also have an iPhone 4s (model MC605B/A checked on Google it corresponds to the 4s) but Siri is nowhere to be seen: is there any way to get it back? It has the latest 6.1.3
Model MC605B/A is an iPhone 4.
Wherever I look, it is an iPhone 4.
If you type that model number in here http://iphonefrom.com/en it will confirm what others have advised. It's a 4 I'm afraid.
I guess I made a mistake, thanks! No Siri then...
My model number beginning with A is A1349. Which one do I have?
Yours is a CDMA iPhone 4, so no Siri as stated by Tonefox and Huntress.
iPhone 4 CDMA.
Only iPod touch 5th generation have Siri.
