I cant install a video plugin called glarab to stream tv from a website called glarab.com , can somebody help me please? I use mac mini ppc 10.5.8

The problem is that when i enter to this website and try to watch online tv it asks me to download their plugin, so i do and all the downloading and installation process succeed. But afterthat when i try to watch it again it asks me to install it as if it is not installed. It just keeps aking to install that plugin. I think it is something about safari and proxy plugins, i dont know! Note: all java, flash and plugins are enabled
