my video ipod doesnt work doesnt place songs, no error message shows up, tried clearning it, running diagnostic and everything
something wrong with the bitmap volume. no damage has occured to it.

how do i go about ordering a box from apples website so i can send it in because it is still under warranty? i couldnt figure it out

    You can also call Apple Care. I've use them numerous times and they are very efficient and helpful. Call 1-800-APL-CARE. In my experience, I've never had to wait on hold for long to get them.

    Yes my IPod is broken, but still under warranty, I do not have a clue as to when i bought, except that it was sometime last year around october and the warranty has not expired. Aplle says go to their site www.apple.com/support for more info on obtaining warranty services but i see nothing on this page. i also tried a search and once again found nothing

    I gave you the link to do that.
    Scroll to the bottom of that page and you'll see this:
    "To get started, enter your serial number...."

    Just enter your serial number in the box and it will begin the process.
    You will be sent a box for you to send your iPod in after you open up a ticket.
