My old computer crashe and wiped out everything, now I need to put everything from my Itouch back onto my omputer, HELP

    The ipod is not a backup/storage device. The sycn is one way - computer to ipod.  The only exception is itunes purchases.  File>Transfer Purchases

     

    It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just this occasion.  Use your backup copy to put everything back.
