Cancel In-App purchase monthly subscription

How can I cancel an in-app monthly messaging service that I used to subscribe to? I've deleted my account from the app, deleted the app from my phone, yet I'm still charged the monthly messaging "pro" feature, for $10/mo. I can't find ANYWHERE on apple's website on how to cancel this in-app purchase. When I deleted the app ("Scruff") from my phone, it said I needed to cancel the monthly messaging subscription from my iTunes account. I can't find out how to do this. Can anyone help with canceling this monthly subscription? Thanks.
