Hi There, I just got a New Mac Pro, and when I click "application" under "files", I found out that all the applications appear grey color. Is there anything I need to enable or unlock? Anyone can help? THANKS!!!!!

Hi There, I just got a New Mac Pro.

I tried to plug in the usb, but realized that all the ISO and dmg files appear grey color in my USB.

and then when I click "application" under "files", I found out that all the applications appear grey color too.

Is there anything I need to enable or unlock?
