Jul 30, 2012 10:34 PM in response to 123Leonyby modular747,Just tp be clear:
1. You set up an interantional call and data plan with Bell.
2. Roaming is not disabled in the phone settings
3. You are using the same SIM card that works with Bell in Canada.

Jul 30, 2012 10:39 PM in response to modular747by 123Leony,★HelpfulYes, all 3 things have been done. Bell told me they have never heard if the issue and apple advised me to delete all settings and set it up as a new I phone. I did all that and just went to Europe and still can not connect to European carriers even though they iPhone shows that they are available

Jul 30, 2012 10:46 PM in response to 123Leonyby modular747,I suspect the problem is with Bell not provisioning your IMEI correctly for international use. Do you sync your phone with iTunes on your computer or iCloud? That's how the carrier settings file created by Bell gets on your phone.
