Safari 6 scrolling & navigation bug

Open a page which contains a FRAME element.

Scroll to middle or bottom of the page.

Click a link.

The new opened page is scrolled.(not show the top of page content)

And the mouse cursor is not in the correct position. verify step:

double click

notice the text selection position and the mouse position
