iam using iphone 4, ios version 5.1.1, i can't activate my cellular data - it's on but the icon doesn't appear in the bar, i tried to reset my network setting and restarting my iphone , but non of them work, so please if you can help

first of all, the service is not that good. 2nd they will tell me leave the phone & this gonna be for at least 1 week (i can't stand all this time without a phone)
No such problem here. If the iPhone is under warranty and it is determined the iPhone needs to be exchanged under warranty, the exchange is done that day at an Apple store or the exchange is shipped via overnight delivery to your door.
If you are unable to activate cellular data, more than likely this is not an iPhone problem. This is a problem with your carrier that your carrier can address on their end.
