This has been happening to me - cannot use credit card any more on app store or itunes. Itunes support say it may be a problem with my credit card but its not. They say to check all the information matches with the banks but this does not make any difference or that my credit card's server is down. All incorrect. HOW HARD CAN IT BE to have a credit card interface that accepts valid credit cards? Its driving me insane.

i have this problem too exactly the same.. i even went to the point where i actually changed cards and got new info and registered the new card and it still happens.. as i thought it was my card.. i am so frustrated as i cant download free apps either and i really like playing my games.. this is ridiculous!! this should be fixed and fast otherwise they will be losing a paying customer :@
