I was downloading paid apps for almost last two years. But the moment I brought iPhone 5 last week, payment from my debit card was declined. It's very frustrating. Is there any solution? I have re-setted my debit cards details many time. But not getting any positive output.

This has been happening to me - cannot use credit card any more on app store or itunes. Itunes support say it may be a problem with my credit card but its not. They say to check all the information matches with the banks but this does not make any difference or that my credit card's server is down. All incorrect. HOW HARD CAN IT BE to have a credit card interface that accepts valid credit cards? Its driving me insane.

Where is apple manag to answer that question, it's make a frustration

Same problem here on my new iphone5.

Suddenly I need to complete payment info, while it has always worked fine for years. When adding the security code I get the following message: "Your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method. " what to do?'

i selecting VISA as my payment method and it says "your payment method is not correct"...what to do now!!
how do i get this app now!

i have this problem too exactly the same.. i even went to the point where i actually changed cards and got new info and registered the new card and it still happens.. as i thought it was my card.. i am so frustrated as i cant download free apps either and i really like playing my games.. this is ridiculous!! this should be fixed and fast otherwise they will be losing a paying customer :@

Exact same problem, ive looked everywhere for a solution but nobody seems to know what to do!

I'v got the same issue as well no answer, my bank says the card is active and all is good contact info the same. Is Apple ever going to get on this issue and fix it??!?!?!!?!?

Okay I just found 20 +people with same payment decline for free apps! Maddening and on top apple going to tell me to make an appt so I can remind them of what seemingly is a long term problem!!!
