I have an iPod Shuffle (2nd Generation). After charging, when I press 'play', the green light flashes, followed by the orange light, green light, orange, etc. (three times) and it won't play...any ideas?

The altenating colored lights mean that the Nano's buttons are disabled. You must press and hold the Play button until you see the orange light followed by three flashes of the green light.
