Messages is creating unknown accounts in Messages

I've been using Moutain Lion since it was released to the public, and Messages has worked fine until today. Now, I'm having connection issues, it seems, and the Messages app is creating new accounts in Messages that are unknown, and I can't delete any of them.

Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, how can I remove them?
