Q: I was sent an excel file and I cannot print the file in a legible format.

How do I print a downloaded excel document on the mac? I am not able to adjust the font size to read it or make any decisions about printing.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

what spreadsheet program are you using to open it?

I was not trying to work on the document in a program but only wanted to print it from the email.

I understand. Download LibreOffice, the "Calc" program will allow you to open excel files and pring them correctly. http://www.libreoffice.org/features/calc/
