is it just me or Safari's new upgrade has trouble rendering some pages?

Some pages I've loaded seem to keep blinking white, and then they don't reappear until I scroll my mouse over them, and most times they don't come back again. I end up having to refresh the entire page for it to render properly. Could this be an upgrade problem or the pages I'm visiting.
