I do have i cloud email address which is @me.com, can i add i cloud.com as a second email.

iclound.com email addresses will be available with IOS6, rumor has it. Then I suspect you will be able to use it with the same name.
Nothing has been announced as to whether @icloud.com addresses will be available in future.
