video stopped playing after it played just fine (on apple.com)

Hey All- Just got my first MacBook Pro (2011 refurby) everything's been fine but suddenly during the video tutorials, AFTER the first one played completely fine, the next one I clicked on WON'T play, and the first one wouldn't play again... I DL Google Chrome yesterday but perhaps I should just use Safari only... the baby is only two days old, I'm not in the mood for silly glitches like this.. please help!
