Q: Personal Hotspot on iPad2

Hi there. I have an iPad 2 which is running version 5.1.1 (9B206). I need to know how to enable Personal Hotspot. I cannot find the option in Settings to enable it.

No. iPad 2 didn't come with personal hotspot. Only available on The New iPad.
