Okay so i am thinking of buying an iphone 4 off of ebay for like 200$ but the thing is that it says it has a bad esn so will i be able to unlock the phone once i get it and then put my sim card into it which would be from a different carrier and then activate it so i could use it as a regular phone and make calls and send text messages. Is it possible for me to do this?
