safari 6.0 truncates pages

The new versoin of Safari seems to be truncating pages. Basically anything a little past the bottom of the window just cuts off, no image or text just background color. Also trying to select any text "bellow the fold" just pops the browser to the top of the page. I've had to use Chrome to even post this
