I've go to the mac when my ipad on trouble-just bought the new charger-problem not solve. so now my ipad become worst-stuck on apple logo..and  when I called the sevice center they informed the warranty just last few days..means the time that i went to mac my ipad still under warranty..why they don't guide me..so how..I think I've a right since I already voice up the problem within the warranty period..plz HELP!
