I've go to the mac when my ipad on trouble-just bought the new charger-problem not solve. so now my ipad become worst-stuck on apple logo..and when I called the sevice center they informed the warranty just last few days..means the time that i went to mac my ipad still under warranty..why they don't guide me..so how..I think I've a right since I already voice up the problem within the warranty period..plz HELP!

If that doesn't work, take it to apple. The phone support only lasts 3 months since purchase. You warranty is for a year, so Take it to an apple store if you can.

Throwing it into recovery should work. That's what you do when it's stuck on the logo for a long time.

Did you try putting it in to recovery mode? That should work. Takes 10 minutes.
