VPN settings: no VPN on Demand tab

I just did a clean install of Mountain Lion two days ago. Now when I want to set up my VPN connection it seems that the VPN on Demand tab is missing in the VPN settings. This way I cannot enter my domain. Now when I try to connect to the server it gives an error stating "There was a problem connecting to the server. Check the server name or IP address, and then try again".
In Lion this tab was visible and I didn't have any issues connecting to this server. Anyone else having this problem or know a workaround?

Same here. No VPN on demand tab!

According to Apple Support, it should be there in Mountain Lion: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH10755

I tried removing the VPN interface and adding it newly, but still no VPN on Demand tab.

Same for me - the tab is missing, anyone find a solution? I can connect just fine, no tab though for VPNoD

Tried adding & removing, option clicking and any other crazy idea, but it just doesn't appear. Anybody solved this or is it just a bug?

Same here, does anybody knows a workaround? this is what really gets me about apple, they just remove / add anything they want without info or workarounds. Jeez
