i use to use the personal hotspot to connect my tablet to the Internet. now i changed the carrier and the hotspot feature disappeared, i called the carrier and they told me that thei charge 5$ per month to enable this feature - my question is why they charge for a feature that does not concern them ? i'm allready paying for the internet use.
are they allowed by Apple to block or charge for the use of this feature?
