Apple have made a lot of changes lately, where a lot of their old stuff is no longer available. It seems 10.7 has disappeard and replaced by the latest 10.8.

The 10.6 snow leopard DVD was available only last month from online, but no longer. Rumour has it that it can be ordered by ringing an Apple Store.

However before you start this process, of first gettting the 10.6 DVD, then updating to 10.6.8 to access the mac App Store so you can downloading 10.8, work out in advance how much RAM this MacBook can have fitted to it because I'd say 4 GB and no less.

So be mindful of, your Macbook's RAM status/potential.

If you can jump through all of those hoops you'd get a job at a circus. 🙂
