I accidently pushed a photo card into the CD slot and can't get it out. Any suggestions

I accidently pushed a photo/video card into my CD slot and can't get it out. Any suggestions?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion, CD slot retrieval

Take a cereal box, cut out a "L" shape long enough to reach behind the SD card, pull the SD card out.

If you can Mark, take your iMac to an Apple Store or Apple certified repair provider.

IMHO, better to let Apple take care of this then inserting anything else in the slot that may damge the optical drive.

Brilliant suggestion. The card came out on my first try with absolutely no damage at all to anything.
