Help me stop an ortermatic payment going out of my account every week for an app I downloaded do just deleat the app will payments stop ?

Deleting the app will not stop the automatic payments.

No they probably won't stop if you only delete the app. If it's an auto-renewing subscription then there are instructions on this page for how to manage (including stopping) them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
