APN cert missing from developer portal

generated an APN cert last year in the iOS dev portal. I don't see it anymore. This is the cert we are using at my company and it expires in a month so I want to renew but can't since I can no longer see it. I was told by my MDM vendor that it should have autmatically converted from the iOS developer protal to the

but it is not there either.

This is a big deal because if we have to generate a new cert then every iOS user will need to unenroll from MDM and re-enroll!
