Q: How can I deactivate the "guest user"

Everybody can go into the "guest user" account. How can I deactivate or delete this silly account?

    Now in 2016, running OS X El Capitan;

     

    I fixed this problem by first opening System Preferences in my admin account > iCloud > Turn off Find My Mac. Then I logged into the guest account and then clicked the Apple Logo and clicked "Log Out".

    Then I logged back into the admin account & opened System Preferences > iCloud > Turned on Find My Mac and then went to Users & Groups and clicked the little lock symbol and unlocked it by putting my admin password and clicked "Guest User" and then unchecked "Allow guests to log in to this computer".

     

    That should solve the "GUEST USER" problem!
